Narrow Shelter

Not much more to add other than the rain, oh the rain. All types, all velocities and volumes. Tried to make the most of it, hiding under Burlington Arcade. With all the work going on around New Street, it was actually fairly quiet. I thought it apt that this drainpipe sort of made a frame within a frame. Topical, etc.
