Strawberry Delight

Something of an emergency blip today due to most of my day spent on day 1 of my 2 day course and staying away meant an evenings entertainment with my work colleagues..which was great fun as we all work in different parts of Europe so don't often get a chance to get together. Luckily I had taken my 'emergency' before leaving home this morning.
