Yotei

This is Mt Yotei another volcanic cone like Niseko. I am told it is usually hidden in cloud especially in winter. Perfect day this morning - new snow, sunny and warm. The new snow decorations on the trees is diminishing, apart from some very large frozen lumps.

The pic is taken from inside our lodge, the foreground shows huge piles of snow that have been disposed of in this area.

Off to a Yurt for our evening meal.
