Rain, Rain, Rain! (44/365)

I suppose if I spent some time "fiddling" with Photoshop or Gimp I could add a little warmth to this picture - even make the sky blue. But, there is no way that the cold, wind or rain could be "brushed out"! It's freezing and miserable in Liverpool today.
