Then and Now

Feb 3rd I was 66.6, today 65.4 a steady weight loss of a 1/2 a kilo a week.

I was going to try and run 5 k today, I didn't manage it, I did 3 k in 22 mins, then I did 2 k on the bike in 6 mins, then did 30 minutes weights, abs and stretching. My clothes are now beginning to feel a little less tight.
