Sometimes only chocolate will do. These are mostly air and therefore no calories, fat or sugar. They have been marketed by Mars over the years as: "The chocolates with the less fattening centre". In the 1930s, advertisements claimed that the Maltesers honeycomb centre is seven times less fattening than ordinary chocolate centres; this led marketers to claim it was beneficial for weight loss. ( I'm with them on this!)
