I've always found honesty to be the best approach.

Two days working at home coming up. I've been in touch with colleagues who are out in the former Yugoslavia. Now I'm regretting that my upcoming trip to that region will be confined to Croatia, and won't be taking in Bosnia. But who would have expected the latest ructions?
