Aviator

I was sorting through some clothes yesterday and found Diddy's aviator hat. Hadn't seen it for a good while and it was far too small for him (must source a bigger one). Lily has now claimed it for her own and I must say it rather suits her :)

It has been so incredibly wet and windy today. A month's worth of rain this morning and 80-100mph winds this evening, overturning lorries and uprooting trees and lamposts. The University closed early to allow people to get home safely once the met office put out their red weather warning. It seems to have calmed a little now but still howling through the chimney and rattling the windows. Much less drastic than the dreadful floods plaguing the south at the moment though.

Would it be wrong to hope for a bit of snow for a change? It has been ages and Dylan is itching to build a snowman.
