Expectations

Our local boy Jossi Wells made it through to the finals of slope style at the Olympics today. He and his brothers are heroes around town here and our son in particular idolises him.

There was a lot of people all over New Zealand crossing their fingers tonight for our best medal hope but unfortunately he couldn't pull it off and he ended up well back in the field.

It's a tough gig when all that work comes down to a couple of runs down a slippery slope. Good on you Jossi.
