Take Away?

Watched this site adjacent to the Science Park in Wolverhampton (where I sometimes work) transform from working men's club to rubble to this new-build in a very short space of time.

Originally I couldn't work out what the building would be, but I'm now pretty sure that we are going to have an additional lunchtime option over our currently rather limited set (McDougals, site canteen, walk to Asda). My guess is that we are looking at a KFC, but I'm not an expert on this matter.
