Bright Lights

Short blip today, weathers not been great so I haven't really left the house much today, saw this view though earlier as I was trying to think of something to blip. I really liked the way the lights bounced off the top of the cars and I also wanted to experiment more with the effects so I thought this was another great way of using a black & white effect for the second time this week.
