The Jokes on Us

Today we linked up with our son-in-law's parents to pick up a few items they would like us to take to our kids when we go visit them in China later this month. So imagine our surprise when they opened the back of their car to transfer these to our car! I know I expressed a fair amount of surprise when they asked if we would be able to do this...I swallowed and said "why sure!" Quicking realizing they were joking...and then of course finding out that it was all planned by our daughter and son-in-law! While it was difficult to try and convince my husband (who arrived a few minutes later with our car) that we needed to transfer all those cases, we had a hard time to keep from laughing so he figured it out quickly.

We enjoyed a wonderful laugh together about it...and then transferred the grocery bag of items they really wanted us to take to our kids in China! Made for a fun afternoon!
