Turbulence

This is the field and sky behind our house this morning (even more dramatic in the large version). There were patches of deep blue, together with lovely contrasty grey and white clouds. Being a member of the Cloud Appreciation Society I am fascinated by them. This sky follows the extreme windy conditions we experienced last night (no damage thank goodness). This shot is facing West, so you can see we are quite exposed to Westerly and South-westerly winds.
