If you go down to the woods today...

...you might see some wild animals. Though if you look closely you will see that they aren't real wild animals, but actors. Not very good actors either - rather wooden I think.
Good day today, and good weather after rain & snow last night. In the morning I ran parkrun 3 times - first recceing the course with 2 friends, then the 'official' parkrun, then an extra one with 1 friend - then a bit extra to take it up from 15km to 10 miles - my first 10 mile run since 1988!
Then in the afternoon a (gentle) walk on Kinnoull Hill outside Perth.
