Hoola Hoop Class

I started hoola hoop classes today in Dun Laoghaire. It was great fun but I was a bit exhausted after it. The class was given by a friendly Canadian girl who was able to keep 3 hoops going around her waist at once. I had major problems trying to keep one hoop going - its harder than it looks. I'm going again next week and I can't wait.
