Valentines

60mph winds make tonight a good night to stay indoors. I'm cooking for me and SR and we have to thank Adam and mslouella for this fantastic bottle. I'm amazed we have been abstemious enough to not open it months ago. From the cote de blanc it has that delicateness that the 100% Chardonnay wines from here have but overlaid on that is a beautiful vintage character. Very nice
