Burnt offering

Last summer's youthful fun, setting a broken tree from last winter's storms, a light. The end result is a sun dried blackened ripped tree stump, with fungus beginning to grow in the middle of the picture.

I liked the almost squared shaped cracked parts of the burnt wood. There are more images to come from here. It would not surprise me if youthful fun has another go at burning this wooden relict of a tree that once stood proud and lofty.
