Blijberg

About 15 minutes tram ride from Amsterdam, this is where Amsterdammers come for a bit of sand during the summer, to the 'city beach'. The landscape was very striking if a bit windswept, as you can see here.

We revisited the wonderful Kattenkabinett cat museum located in one of the fabulous merchant's houses on Herengracht. A cat lover's paradise!
