The Play within a Play

Amateur dramatics you got to love it! Saw an excellent play at the New Theatre, Cardiff today it was called “The Play that goes Wrong.” In essence it was a play within a play, as a fictional amateur dramatic society in a college took on a Murder Mystery and of course everything goes horribly wrong. The set fell apart, the cast made loads of mistakes, cast members got knocked out, people fluffed their lines and it was just rip-roaringly funny, I had tears in my eyes at the goings on. Cheered me up no end! If you get a chance to see the Mischief Comedy Theatre Company, go they will have you laughing in no time.

On reflection Cardiff today wasn’t my best idea, too much look of what you could have won.
