Needles and pins

The weather was glorious today - bright sunshine, clear skies, and a little wind.

We walked to the local Textile museum for the their fascinating open day - this was just one of the many machines operating there.

Red, white and blue, perhaps it reflected the amount of gold medals the Dutch, or perhaps UK has won so far in the winter Olympics :)
This morning we watched the snowboarding races - very impressive!
