Kitchen window

My rather cluttered kitchen window shows one of my orchids flowering once again. What is it with me and ancient plants? Every time I think this orchid has had it, it flowers again. All achieved through sheer neglect and an occasional drink of water. Also you can see a lovely blue glass star which my niece Clare bought me. What else can you see?
