Castle Howard Chaffinch

Beautiful sunny afternoon here, felt like the first day of spring. We went to Castle Howard for the afternoon, had a leisurely walk around, stocked up on meat at the farm shop. In the courtyard I sat patiently with my telephoto lens, waiting for a bird to land on the bench opposite. This is the one shot that I got!
