Lacy white skirts

On my daily walk in the forest I came across these beautiful white skirts today. This is my first blip post with a photo taken from my phone (which wasn't chosen for it's Megapixels!). This is my second fungi blip in the last few days. If anyone knows this type of fungi, please let me know.
