A lovely spring-like day.

It was 8 degrees on our Nordic walk this morning but it felt a lot warmer without the wind.
This mossy old stone wall was part of an abandoned farm. The setting this place is in is beautiful - such a shame it's going to ruin.
After the walk - which made my head ache - I had a swim, spa and sauna and feel much better. :-)
