Phadraig Hill in the rainy mist

Yesterday's more direct rain has been replaced today with smirry Scotch mist, or drizzle if you live outside Salmondland. I swear the summit of the hill was visible one minute and enveloped the next. I wonder if the first Minister will be able to arrange better weather in an independent (apart from the currency, the Queen....etc,) Scotland?
