Featherweight

Today was another day of going through boxes, trying to put back into cabinets and closets only what is truly valued. My Singer Featherweight sewing machine is in that category. It has a stamped plate celebrating the 100th anniversary of the sewing machine, and was made in 1950 or 1951. I keep it on display in my sewing area, and was just tending to the "high dusting" on top of this cabinet when I decided to use it for my blip.
