Hired two top models to show off Sophia and Amelie's new hats. The girls themselves had set out early for nursery and so were unavailable. Sophia's hat, with the pom-poms, somehow resembles her personality - a bit of a character, a bit eccentric with a deep throaty chuckle. Amelie is a more sensitive creature, really upset that Dixie, (her dog), has an injury, and unbelievably articulate for a 3 year old.

Great return journey to the North-east. Fire lit, glass of wine poured, washing on and Charlie coming over to watch the football. All's well with the world.
