Aloha Sunset

Unusual sweet pancake mix someone brought back from Hawaii for me... the same source of my previous blip. very easy to make, just mix with water and fry for a couple minutes... slightly odd tasting, probably ok if you like sweet things. couldn't really taste the macadamia, but quite coconutty. had it with some double cream on top.
