Crossfit Journal.

I find Crossfit humbling. I am enjoying the challenge of trying to do my best despite being out of shape and a bit wary because of my back injury.

It is not fun getting up at 5:00 am, but it starts a domino effect that is positive. Wanna get up at 5? Well? You have to go to bed early. Getting up early? Well, you're gonna need to be more organized.

Aside from promoting healthier lifestyle choices, I am seeing small gains.

My first class, a few weeks ago, I had to stop four or five times while doing inch worm from one side of the box to the other. Now? I can do it without stopping.
(But it still sucks.)
