Down to Earth with a Bump?

I cropped this slightly and rotated it through 90 degrees. I don't normally mess around with images this much but my sister-in-law was visiting and she thought it looked better like this. So I seem to be blaming her. But anyway she has got me started now on manipulating my images from time to time. And I had thought I was such a purist...
