Brown sugar

Ever since I was little I loved this dessert. My mum used to make it just for the two of us, since my dad doesn’t like this, stirring in a pan for about 15 minutes in a row. In our family we call it “thick rice” and it’s eaten as a hot dish.

Use dessert rice and milk and cook it for 15 minutes. When it is ready, add cinnamon, a lump of butter and brown sugar.
