Going Cuckoo.....

After yesterday's horsing around, I had a day at home catching up with bits and pieces. I took Reggie up on the moor for a good walk and I felt as though I was back home properly. I am also sure I heard a cuckoo but looking on the internet it looks as though it is a month or so early! Has any one else heard one?

I spent 40 minutes or so in the garden doing a bit of tidying. It needs a lot more, but at least it is a start. I took a few photos of the crocus but there is something about this seed head from the Echinops that I like . Hope you do too.
