Wheels

There are many beautiful and innovative things used in retail stores to create appealing shopping environments for us all.

There are also many mundane things to which you pay no attention. Caster wheels are one such thing.

I've just spent three days at a very large retail trade fair wowed by lovely LED lighting, impressive window displays and interactive screens.

And then there's the 4-5 halls filled with hooks, shelves and shopping trolleys. I've spared you the fridges and self service checkouts but couldn't resist the wheels.... Whole stands and whole companies devoted to wheels. Who knew? DIY shopping will never be the same again.
