Hosta Beach

A walk with a difference today. The cliffs of Hosta are, in Uist west coast terms, a decent set of cliffs. In Cornwall they wouldn't be but context is everything.After the harshness of the cliffs, the softer colours of the sea at Hosta Beach were spectacular.
In the evening we went to the Benbecula Hotel where the music students on the traditional music course of the UHI give a concert as well as there being a curry. A good evening with some great music and a surprising number of people we knew. When will I get my accordion out of the box?!
