Painting the Town Red

Well not exactly painting the town red but repainting the red and white stripes that are used to show a prohibited area of the street. The first time I noticed these red and white stripes was in my first year in Tunisia when I was near the ex-President's palace and I had to cross to the other side of the road as one side of the road was one long section of these red and white stripes.
