Amityville, House on the Hill

I see this house most days and each time i do i wish i could afford it and have enough money to gut it and fix it up. Its in a great spot with great views. I'm not even sure if anyone lives there. I've never seen anyone going in or out...Any one have a few hundred thousand they don't need??
