I've made his bed, he can lie in it

Got the DIY task finished this afternoon. The finished thing even bore a passing resemblance to the diagram from Hell.

I'm not much of a DIY person.

I'm more of a Don't-Do-It-If-You-Can-Possibly-Help-It kind of bloke. And so the little stick man cheerfully saying "3hr 30" on the front of the instructions was hopelessly optimistic - still, he had a stick man mate helping him: I had Matt and Andy.

Still, it was a good feeling when I was finished. Bit like banging your head on a wall.
