Tuna Subway Salad

I like to stop in town for my lunch on my walk home from spin class. If I am being good I have a Subway Tuna Salad with a cup of tea. This is around 300 calories. Large

Spin instructor was crazy today, my goodness me I used every drop of my energy.

I've told you all about the roofing and plumbing problems recently. Well daughter's boyfriend went home to his house yesterday to find the roof leaking into four rooms, he has his house for sale so not a happy bunny. Roofer has quoted thousands of pounds to fix it. Oh dear!

This has been one wet winter.
