In other news:
I had a light bulb moment today regarding my defunct emails.
I realised that I had been using m laptop at a variety of locations.
On my return home today I turned everything off - the laptop, the router the phone. When I turned them back on tah -dah it was working!!!

Now why didn't I do that before I called 'Alan' in Mumbai on TRuesday?
