What a mess..but Finally!

His computer didn't work for over a month.
He thought it was a motherboard's problem.
So he bought (used) MOBO and tried, but it still didn't work.
Then he bought a new CPU and tried, but it still didn't work.
So he went out to buy a new power supply and a new video card.
He tried the power supply first and again it didn't work.
SO he gave the video card a shot and....FINALLY IT WORKS!!!
Hooray....
Then he put the others (not used parts) up to sell to get money back.
