Aberdeen Harbour - Seal

This cute little creature kept looking at us and wiggling in an endearing manner as we were admiring (and photographing) it down at the Harbour this morning.

I have tentatively identified it as a young Common or Harbour Seal (Phoca vitulina) - can anyone confirm or put me right on this?
