The high-rise next door

This condo skyscraper is right next to my apartment. There are a surprising number of high-rise condos in Phoenix. I got used to them in South Florida and didn't know they really existed here. Of course, I hadn't been anywhere near Phoenix in about a decade. It's got wealthy snowbirds who come down to get away from the winter up north -- just like in Florida.
