Crossing Fingers

Not much time for a blip but I found the courage to ask this young man for a photo. His long beard and check shirt reminded me of photos of Canadians of old, those hardy pioneers who headed out west, into the unknown.

Tonight was the semi-final in the mens hockey - Canada vs. USA. Sound familiar? If so, so was the result - 1-0 for Canada. Now to wait patiently until Sunday's final.
