A Flaming Crown

It was nothing special, just another pleasant and satisfying day.

Morning pickleball at the Y, haircut after lunch, a little beer tasting with friend CC, and a simple candle-lit dinner of smoked salmon, peas, corn and green beans, a creamy French cheese, Bread Farm black olive baguette, and for me, sardines.

The candles have burned out -- might as well go to bed.
