A wet wet day today - don't think it's stopped raining all day. Another appraisal finished this morning, almost half way through these now. Spent a bit of time shortlisting applicants for a new team member, but gave up at the first hurdle - please if you are applying for a job don't just say "I feel I meet the requirements of the job" put in the application why you think you meet it, give examples how else is the person looking at your application ever going to know!

Team meeting this afternoon so treated them all to some chocolates - well it was a miserable day and a friday afternoon - but never again they all became hyper, like kids on "E" numbers, fits of giggling and larking about all round the table.

So another working week done and dusted - heres hoping for a good weekend!
