Giving in to temptation

I honestly don't do this very often, and when I do the book of rules says I have to team it with a healthy wholemeal loaf. The only trouble is, have you seen the size of a proper bakery wholemeal loaf nowadays? You need a magnifying glass to find it on the shelves.
