Gladys

After Juno's spaying she has only been allowed small walks, today she was back up Blackford Hill. Pleaseant morning stroll.

Work was hectic but managed to escape with Tractor Photos for a cup of tea and cake.

After work I was honoured to be invited along to Gladys's retirement party. It was a suprise get together for her. She has been with the Blood Transfusion Service for 29 years, I used to give plasma every 3 weeks and I was well looked after by Gladys and the team. At the do was a man who had given over 700 times and his blood products have been used to save many children.

It was nice to see all the staff again together and have a chat, came home to a very tired Eco daughter after her week of school camp.

Wild weekend weather wise if the forecast is right for Saturday.
