While Jenny was showing her sister and bro-in-law around today, my mate Dan came and picked me up and took me to our favourite wee bar in town.

Pembroke Wines is mainly a wine store but is also has a small bar serving a delicious Dunedin brewed beer. A few of us go there most Thursday evenings for a couple of coldies so it was nice to have a sneaky Sunday session today.

John is the owner and is part of the reason we go there. He is a an excellent host and all round good guy. Roll on Thursday.
