Sick as a dog?

Poor Joe has been quite sick for the last 24 hours.
I suspect he ate something whilst out on his walk yesterday.
Between sleeping he has been vomiting and hasn't eaten anything. I have even lightly cooked some beef mince with a scrambled egg - he was tempted, but just couldn't manage to eat. I hope he improves today.
