Up and out early doors this Saturday which hasn't happened in a while!

Preparation began for a Cycle/Canoe Challenge that myself, PP and Alister are doing on April Fool's Day.

We live up to the name quite well

Managed to get some cycling practice in and conquered 12 very muddy miles which isn't bad considering I've not been on a bike since October. Rain stayed off thankfully but the wind was a bit of an issue on the way back. Managed it though without any real drama and got this shot at the half way point.

Hope to get out on the bike a few more times before April and will need to attempt the canoe too!

Good start to the weekend :) Although my washing machine isn't best pleased with the whole thing...
